Jenna Montes (she/her)
Jenna Montes is currently pursuing a Master’s in Arts Administration at Florida State University where she is a marketing associate in the College of Music. She received her Bachelor of Music in Horn performance from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and developed a love for the performing arts at a young age. As an arts administrator and Latina, she hopes to bridge the gaps between communities and uplift diverse voices in the non-profit arts sector. She also enjoys photography, spending time with her cat Watson, traveling, painting, and listening to reggaetón and bachata.
Kathryn Gutierrez (she/her)
Originally from Tampa, FL, Kathryn Gutierrez graduated Magna Cum Laude with her BFA in Dance from the University of Florida. Throughout her undergraduate career, she served as the Event Coordinator and Vice President of Dance In A Suitcase, the official University of Florida School of Theatre + Dance student-run dance organization. She was also appointed to the Student Advisory Committee by the Assistant Director of the School of Theater and Dance to serve as the BFA Dance student representative for the school. Her time in these roles helped foster her love and passion for arts advocacy and arts administration and she is excited to further her knowledge and experience as a DanceATL intern. In addition to interning with DanceATL, Kathryn also teaches, choreographs and performs in Atlanta and is currently a company member with ALA Dance.
