Want to learn an effective slow burn? Having trouble slowing down in your routines? Join Juba Lei in this energy and movement class to bring forth confidence in your stillness. Step into your dark feminine energy with her to command attention in and out of burlesque. You will also be learning how to identify pockets within musicality. This will equip you with the tools to be able to place an effective slow burn in any music at any time. Summoning the Dark is an all level, non choreography focused class – so please come as you are!

WHAT TO BRING / WEAR:
Please bring any tools to help accommodate your body. There will possibly be light floor work, so come with kneepads. I implore you to wear flowy/loose clothing or whatever makes you feel powerful. This class is for you to feel yummy.
