Core Dance welcomes Georgians to enjoy a free REEL Art reception on February 17th at 6pm. This reception will mark the closing of Gesture 3, featuring the work of Lori Teague and the opening of Gesture 4, featuring the work of Amador Artiga. Artiga’s work will continue to stream on our storefront windows through March 30, 2023.

Lori Teague/BACK and Amador Artiga/Hands – will have pre-screening hands-on art experiences as an entry point into their creative processes for their films. This will take place from 6:15-7 PM in the Core Dance downstairs and is free to the public. The screening will begin promptly at 7 PM. This reception celebrates Lori Teague’s work which has been streaming for the past month on our windows and welcome Amador Artiga’s work. The reception will include an artist talk with both artists.
