Join us for two new adult classes at TADA! Adult ballet advanced is suitable for experienced ballet dancers. Class will follow a traditional format of barre warm-up, centre work, adagio, petit and grand allegro. While the class format is traditional, the class is very contemporary and often uses both classical piano music as well as contemporary music. This class is not suitable for beginner dancers.  Adult pointe is for those who have taken ballet classes and have been assessed and approved for pointe by the pointe teacher. The decision of whether one is ready to go on pointe is determined by assessing the student’s strength and physical development. All adults must attend an adult ballet class prior to taking the pointe class for the safety of their body.
