In this Atlanta heels class, you’ll learn how to move safely and proficiently in stripper heels. Starting with an emphasis on proper technique and safety, this class will include heel work foundations. We will begin with walking and working with ankle extension and practice learning leg extensions, heel clacks and body rolls and more. Dancing in heels is a technique, and an art.

This class requires dance-specific 6-8 inch platform heels and knee pads.
