Event Details

* This class is by donation. All proceeds go to support Fly on a Wall – http://www.flyonawall.buzz/

Hack your own physiological responses to stress and channel your nerves into your superpower, while developing your presence and sense of play.

Drawing on what is currently known about the Autonomic Nervous System (which oversees our stress and relaxation responses), this class is an introduction to the contributions of Saul Kotzubei’s to Fitzmaurice Voicework®.

This practical and experiential class is relevant to performers and non-performers alike, a deep dive into the nervous system and a practical exploration of charge, presence, and imagination.
