All movers and all levels of experience welcome!
Classes include intermediate- advanced floorwork patterns, standing technique phrasework rooted in efficiency and dynamic alignment, improvisation, and choreography phrasing with room for each dancer to make the material their own and develop their artistry through play and experimentation.

This is an adult-learning-environment. Each mover is tasked with meeting their body where they are on any given day and making movement choices accordingly. Sammy is there to offer challenges and framework, assist in any transposition, and coach you through the material.
