For National Asian American and Pacific Islander Month, FLUX INQ Productions is bringing SLAYSIAN FUSION, a burlesque and variety showcase, featuring all Asian and Pacific Islander (API/AAPI) artists! We are looking to have ALL Asians and Pacific Islanders represented, not just East Asians. Bi/multi-racial Asians are welcome to apply, also. With AAPI people often being seen as “Other”, and with dealing with rampant anti-Asian rhetoric and violence during the pandemic, SLAYSIAN FUSION wishes to highlight AAPI stories and our joy. We are here to stay AND slay!

Your act/number can be classical/traditional, neo, comedic, cosplay, contemporary, and more. Burlesque, drag, spoken word, traditional/contemporary dance, live music/singing, and all variety are welcome. Any fire acts MUST provide proof of insurance and a detailed safety setup. Multiple pitches are welcome–please fill separate forms for separate acts.
