Every Sunday in August at Dance Foundry.

Join Samantha Spriggs for weekly open release technique classes on Sunday Mornings! We’ll work our way from gooey floorwork, into functionality and alignment, across the floor, and through phrasework and repertory each week. 

Come noodle, reach, breathe, expand, invert, slice, dip and move with us!

All class proceeds will go towards our upcoming show September 28 & 29.
