The Ailey Experience workshop series is designed to embody the diversity of the Ailey dancer with training in a variety of dance techniques while introducing dancers to the exciting world of performance in a fun, non-competitive environment.

This is a great opportunity for dancers of all levels to train with Ailey instructors, former Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater company members, and professional New York City dancers for a full week of daily technique classes and rehearsals culminating in a final performance showing for friends and family. Students will learn modern and contemporary techniques as well as the rich history of Ailey’s signature style and how he changed the perception of American modern dance.

No experience is necessary and all levels are welcomed!
