This level includes African, Modern,  and Ballet.  This is a mixed level class that ranges from Beginner to Intermediate level instruction.  Afro Yoga focuses on relaxation, stretch, and body toning.

$15/class, or $20 for two classes ( Both classes must be paid for at the same time.)
